Message from the CEO
Intrarom was established in 1993.
At the time, it was a display of sheer courage to start a production-based business in Romania. Intracom Greece, leading Balkan producer of telecommunications equipment rose to the challenge. It trusted the Romanian market and created Intrarom, who started as a manufacturer of telecommunications and other electronic equipment.
Since then, Intrarom has invested over USD 40 million in infrastructure and personnel training. The company grew and nowadays holds the most complex facilities for the production of electronic and telecom equipment in Romania.
Intrarom expanded its range of services and products. At present, Intrarom is recognized as one of the major solution, product and service integrators in the country’s ICT sector.
Our business achievements are based on trust, fairness and openness, whereby all parties stand to gain – shareholders, customers, employees, partners, suppliers, all those living around us. We acknowledge the fact that the company, our clients and our competitors interact dynamically and on this the basis we set our concrete targets and action plans.
We want to boost the activity of Intrarom, with focus on the present and future requirements of the ICT market.
We started a process of reorganizing the company. Our aim is to widen our client base. With Intrarom the client always comes first. We offer to our customers professional solutions, quality and good value for money.
We want to diversify our range of solutions, products and services according to our customers needs. We will be flexible and open to technological developments and market trends.
For integrated solutions, we will include products that are fully compliant with standards, scalable, reliable and yield the lowest total cost of ownership.
In the relations with our suppliers we promote transparency and honesty. We require competitive prices. We secure confidentiality for the information furnished by our suppliers and we abide by the legislation in force.
We want to communicate openly and listen.
In the reorganizing process, all opinions count. We encourage both internal debates at all levels inside the company and suggestions and views from our customers and partners and we respond to all issues. This policy allows us to refresh our thought process every time it is needed.
