The company started its activity in 1993 with 47 employees and recorded a fast pace of growth. Today the number of employees is 540 out of which 11 holds a master degree works, 200 are university graduates and 329 are high school and technical school graduates. Its cohesion is sustained by the average age of employees: 41 y.o. - a blend of flexibility and matureness.
